Prior to entering real estate, Sheryl had a successful career in sales and marketing whilst Guy’s background is in residential design and construction. Both have a family history in real estate and together they spent two decades managing their own business and developing snow sports in New Zealand. They have a long-standing connection with the Southern Lakes region and they haven’t looked back since making the move from Christchurch to Wanaka.


In their spare time, the Altys are active in the local community as part of the Rotary Club of Wanaka. Guy is also a trustee for Kahu Youth, vice-commodore of the Wanaka Yacht & Power Boat Club and sponsorship assistant for the Upper Clutha Junior Rugby Club. They adore living and working in the Southern Lakes region and their passion for the region is evident in everything they do: just one of the reasons why clients return and refer their friends and family too.
